\)

common denominator is \(\displaystyle 4x\) ...

\(\displaystyle \frac{x(3-x^5)}{4x} = \frac{8}{4x} - \frac{x^6}{4x}\)

note that \(\displaystyle x \ne 0\)

numerators form the equation ...

\(\displaystyle x(3-x^5) = 8 - x^6\)
