Need Help Plotting Best Fit Line Graphs

Hi everyone,
I have a research paper that I am working on that discusses Google Fiber and how it compares to similar Internet Service Providers in the US based on price and service speed. I wanted to make two graphs that show a line of best fit, but Minitab was not identifying which point was which, and I would prefer if these charts did. If anyone could help me graph these data points, it would be greatly appreciated. I think that Price per Month would be better as an X-axis, and download and upload speeds would be better as a Y-axis. No need to worry about sources if you choose to make the graph, I will worry about that.
Again, any help is much appreciated. Thank you!

Here is what I have for my Graph 1: https://scontent-b-ord.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn2/v/t35.0-12/10328066_10152124410403481_679885511_o.jpg?oh=da1c6926362a19cfee483bfb1be0a85f&oe=536A19FC

However, I want to label the blue dots to the appropriate internet service provider category. I'm struggling with how to make the software do that for me. If someone is able to help me do that that would be extremely helpful! I'm also having the same issue with graph 2.
