and I need help with h) only, is the answer - so it's a two sided limit, but it exists for the left side and not the right side right? So do I just say the statement is false?

A limit only exists when the same value is approached from both sides. Since the function is not defined for $$\displaystyle x > 1$$, you can not possibly make $$\displaystyle x \to 1$$ from the right. So the answer is false.
