can someone explain to me how you would integrate 4 + 4*i*exp^i*t + exp^2*i*t please.

Would I be correct in saying the answer is 4t + 4*exp^it + (1/2)*exp^2it.

The last term should be $$\displaystyle \frac{e^{2 i t}}{2 i}$$ .
