I know how to solve part (a) and (b), but I do not know how to begin for part (c).
The answers are: (a) \(\displaystyle b \geq 80\)(b) \(\displaystyle a \geq 44\) (c) \(\displaystyle 40 \leq C \leq 60 \)
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

for finding range of c first take the minimum value of a and b then take the maximum value of a and b
minimum value of c
=(5/8)(28)+(1/2)(45)=40
so c>=40
now put maximum value and you will get c<=60 therefor
40=<c<=60
