They will cost $$\displaystyle 2.50x$$ dollars to produce.
They will bring in $$\displaystyle 14.95x$$ dollars
There is a fixed cost of $1500. The revenue (income) is: .$$\displaystyle -1500 - 2.50x + 14.95x$$ Therefore: . $$\displaystyle R \;=\;{\color{blue}12.45}x - 1500$$ b) Complete this table . . $$\displaystyle \begin{array}{c|cccc} \text{No. Pairs} & \;\;0\, & 100 & 200 & 300 \\ \hline \text{Revenue} & \end{array}$$ Just substitute $$\displaystyle x = 0, 100, 200, 300$$ into the revenue function in part (a). The revenue (income) is: .$$\displaystyle -1500 - 2.50x + 14.95x$$

Therefore: . $$\displaystyle R \;=\;14.95x - 1500$$

Just substitute $$\displaystyle x = 0, 100, 200, 300$$ into the revenue function in part (a).
It'd actually be
$$\displaystyle R=12.45x-1500$$. You forgot to subtract the $$\displaystyle 2.50x$$
