What values can X take in Fisher’s non-central hypergeometric distribution?

P(I'm here)=1/3, P(I'm there)=t+1/3
The support is the set of values for which the a random variable following the distribution is not 0. So you're looking for the support.
The thing about the aprameters just says where to pick the parameters...
