Where are you having problems (how the consant is set to zero?)

my problem is this:
using equations 4.3.1 through 4.3.3 and by using the assumptions 4.3.4 through 4.3.10 ,, i want to reach to equation 4.3.16b
there is some steps of this derivation there...but i am looking for tha detailed derivation..

it as a fluid mechanic problem, but what i am looking for is totally mathematical...

which constant is set to zero??
everything is explained ...... it is the equation of a axisymmetric jet..
