Is it possible to find angle A of triangle ABC knowing length of AB, angle B, values of s and v, and when length of BC=st and length of AC=vt?

$\displaystyle \frac{a}{\sin A}= \frac{b}{\sin B}$
$\displaystyle \Rightarrow \sin A = \frac{a\sin B}{b}$
$\displaystyle = \frac{BC \sin B}{AC}$
$\displaystyle = \frac{st\sin B}{vt}$
$\displaystyle = \frac{s \sin B}{v}$
