Help with angle of elevation
I'm stuck on this problem and it's making me feel pretty stupid. I wouldn't mind some help

A jet took off at a rate of 260 ft/s and climbed in a straight path for 3.2 min. What was the angle of elevation of its path if its final altitude was 12,000 ft?

I attached an image so you can check to make sure I read your problem correctly. We know the hypotenuse is just (260 ft/sec)(3.2min)(60sec/min)

The sine of the angle is $\frac{BC}{AB}$. That should help (Hi)

Hahaha. I knew it was simple!! I was over analyzing. Didn't think to find distance...

Thanks :)
