    Post Tangent between two circle changing with angle

    I have attached the figure.. All i confused was How to relate the change in radial angle of one circle to another circle which is at 45deg from the first circle.
    Figure is not so clear but you can assume the distance between the two circles. and also both the circles are of same diameter...
    Just assume that if we draw a tangent at 5deg and from bottom of the circle then what radial distance or say the circumferential distance it will move on the upper circle..
