Draw a horizontal line for the ground.

Draw a vertical line for the height of the water in the fountain's spray.

Draw a slanty line from the top of the vertical line, down to somewhere along the horizontal line, indicating the line of sight.

Find the triangle in your picture.

Label the intersection of the horizontal line and the vertical line as a right angle.

Label the other base angle with the given angle measure.

Label the height as "h".

Label the base with the given length.

Now that you have your picture, solve for the height.
