Remember:
$\displaystyle \sin \theta=\frac{y}{r}$
$\displaystyle \cos \theta=\frac{x}{r}$
$\displaystyle \tan \theta=\frac{y}{x}$
$\displaystyle r^2=x^2+y^2$
$\displaystyle 15^2+8^2=17^2$
$\displaystyle x = 15$, $\displaystyle y= 8$, $\displaystyle r = 17$

$\displaystyle \tan \theta = \frac{8}{15}$
