Grade 11 Trigonometric Identities Question

I don't know how to simplify the following identity (the square root confuses me):

cosec (t) * sqrt(sec^2 (t) - 1)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hint: $\tan^2t+1=\sec^2t$
