Here it is:

A 75 ft tower has an angle of elevation of 20 degrees. If the horizontal distance is 300 ft, how much higher in the air is the balloon?

where is balloon ?

Distance to the Tower is about 206 feet.
If the distance were 300 feet your angle of elevation would change.
