    Hello, TokiAnn!

    Did you make a sketch?

    A hemispherical bowl of radius 38 cm is filled with water to a depth of 12 cm.
    Find the largest angle through which the bowl may be tipped without spilling any water.
    Code:
           *
              *
          *      *
          *         *
          *         |  * 38
                  26|   θ *
           *- - - - + - - - -*
            *:::::12|:::::::*
              *:::::|:::::*
                  * * *

    We see that: . \sin\theta \:=\:\frac{26}{38} \:=\:0.684210526

    Therefore: . \theta \:\approx\:41.2^o
