1. ## trig functions

A 30 meter line is used to tether a helium filled baloon. because of a breeze, the line makes an angle of approximately 75 degrees with the ground.

a) draw a right triangle to represent the problem. show the known quantities on the triangle and use a variable to indicate the unknown height of the balloon

b) Use a trigonomic function to write an equation involving the unknown

c) what is the height of the balloon?

This is one of my homework questions. I know we are learning about trig identities, but im not sure if i use them in a problem like this one or not. i have many similar of these problems i have to do, so it would be really helpful if there was steps to how to solve as well as an answer so i could hopefully use it to get the rest of my homework problems.
