    Analytic Trig question 2

    Find the value of each expression.

    32) cot[cos^-1((sqrt3)/3)]



    40) (csc^-1)(sqrt2)

    32) Let \cos^{-1}\frac{\sqrt{3}}{3}=\theta. Use \sec \theta = \frac{1}{\cos \theta} and then \sec^2 \theta = 1+ \tan^2 \theta. Solve for \tan \theta, and then use \cot \theta = \frac{1}{\tan\theta}

    40) Use \csc \theta=\frac{1}{\sin \theta} and there's no problem.
