    cos(x) to sec(x)

    If cos(x) = -0.6, find the value of sec(x) accurate to two decimals

    do you know the definition of sec = secant?

    I had not known it but I looked for it quick.

    Hint: \sec(x) = \frac{1}{\cos(x)}

    So, \frac{1}{\cos(x)}= \frac{1}{-0.6}=-1.66666667 \Box.
