I'm studying for a quiz. I got answers but I'm not sure about it.. Please help..

A surveyor walks a distance of 250 meters from a building. He sets up the transit which is 2 meters off the ground. The angle of elevation measured is 35degrees. How high is the building?
my answer: 177.05 m.

Standing at a distance of 400ft from a statue, two observations were taken. The angle of elevation to the base of the statue is 28degrees, the angle of elevation to the top of the statue is 31degrees. What is the height of the statue?
my answer: 27.66 ft
