Express sin2A / 1 - cos 2A in terms of tanA only.
Express cos 2A - cos(squared)A / 1 + cos2A

$\displaystyle =\frac{2\sin A \cos A}{2 \sin^2 A}$
$\displaystyle =\frac{1}{\tan A}$
use,
$\displaystyle \boxed { \sin 2A =2 \sin A . \cos A = \frac{2 \tan A}{1 + \tan^2 A}} $
$\displaystyle \boxed { \cos 2A = \cos^2 A - \sin^2 A = 2\cos^2 A - 1 = 1 - 2 \sin^2 A = \frac{1-\tan^2 A}{1+\tan^2 A}}$
