Thread: just started.

just started into trig, i understood most of the stuff, there is one thing i'm confused about.

my teacher said something like
sin=cos/tan or something like that i was wondering how that works.
and there's these csc=something/something
i'm lost
i missed the first week of trig class. since my schedual didnt have any math class, so i changed some class around to get trig into my schedual...

Um not sure if this will help but

is there some sorta special formula to finding that?
i also got cot=cos/sin it is also 1/tan how do i find this for the other ones?
