Here is an easy method,
Since,
$\theta=\sin^{-1}(8/17)$,
means that,
$\sin \theta=8/17$
Thus, the sine of an angle in the triangle is 8/17 whenever its opposite side is 8 and hypotenuse 17, that means the remaing side is $\sqrt{17^2-8^2}=\sqrt{289-64}=\sqrt{225}=15$

Now use the definitions of the six trigonomteric functions and you get,
$\left\{ \begin{array}{c}\sin \theta=8/17\\ \cos \theta=15/17\\ \tan \theta=8/15\\ \csc \theta = 17/8\\ \sec \theta = 17/5\\ \cot \theta=15/8$
