    HI Everyone,

    Please help me to find X in this problem. I attach a file for the drawing. Thanks in Advance.. It is about Similar triangle.

    The great triangle and the little triangle are isosceles. So we have the following system:

    \displaystyle\left\{\begin{array}{ll}x-2y=x-5\\2x-3y=15\end{array}\right.

    From the first equation we get y=\frac{5}{2}

    Plug y in the second and find x.
