    (secx/cscx) + (cscx/secx)

    1/cscx = sinx
    1/secx = cosx
    secx = 1/cosx
    cscx = 1/sinx

    = (sinx/cosx) + (cosx/sinx) = tanx + cotx

    OR

    = (sin^{2}x + cos^{2}x)/(sinxcosx) = 1/sinxcosx = cscxsecx

    (sin^2 x + cos^2 x = 1)

    Hello, norwoodjay!

    A slight variation of Chop Suey's solution . . .

    . . . . . . . . sec x . . csc x
    Simplify: . ------- + -------
    . . . . . . . . csc x . . sec x

    - - . . . . . . sin x . . .cos x . . . . sin²x + cos²x
    We have: . ------- + ------- . = . ----------------
    - . . . . . . . cos x . . .sin x . . . . . cos x sin x

    . . . . . . . . . . . . 1
    Therefore: . -------------- . = . sec x csc x
    . . . . . . . . . cos x sin x
