    verifying answer

    Given 2 similar triangles, ABCand KJI, with AB = 7.9cm; AC = 3.8cm; BC = 4.8cm and JK = 5.7cm. Determine the lengths of the unknown sides.

    Is the side JI 3.4 and the side KI 2.7?

    Now set up the following proportions based on corresponding sides:



    Fill in the values you know and solve for what you don't.

    Having done that, JI should have rounded to 3.5. KI is correctly rounded to 2.7
