    help with expression

    Hi,

    I need to plot curves for this quantity.

    v1 = 120 sin ωt + 40 sin 3 ωt

    Is there any way I can enter this into a spreadsheet in microsoft excel and produce a graph?

    Any help appreciated

    I don't know how to do it in excel, but this program will.

    It is really easy to use, and is free to download.

    I didn't write it, but I do use it alot.

    Graph

    It is open source if you like that sort of thing.

    I hope this helps.
