    Hello, Rimas!

    x is an angle in standard position with 0 \leq x \leq 2\pi

    Determine the quadrant of x.

    (1)\;\cos x < 0\,\text{ and }\,\csc x > 0
    \cos x is negative in Quadrants 2 and 3.

    \csc x,\,\sin x is positive in Quadrants 1 and 2.

Therefore, x is in Quadrant 2.

    (2)\;\sec x < 0\,\text{ and }\,\csc x >0
    Try this one yourself . . .
