Could someone please walk me through this? I would really appreciate it. Trigonometry

The Aztec people of pre-Columbian Mexico used the Aztec Calendar. it consisted of a 365-day calendar cycle and a 260-day ritual cycle. In the stone carving of the calendar, the second ring from the centre showed the days of the month, numbered from one to 20. Suppose the calendar was placed on a Cartesian plane, as shown below.

a.) The blue angle marks the passing of 12 days. Determind the measure of the angle.

b.) How many days would have passed if the angle had been drawn in quadrant II, using the same reference angle as in part a?

c.) Keeping the same reference angle, how many days would have been passed if the angle had been drawn in quadrant IV?

I may not be understanding this. You say that the **inner** circle is a month, 20 days long, but the blue lines extend to the entire width of the stone. If they are intended to show 12 out of 20 days, that is 12/20= 3/5 of a circle. How many degrees is 3/5 of a full circle?

b) doesn't make a lot of sense to me. The angle drawn is not in one quadrant to begin with so it cannot be drawn in quadrant II. Is it possible that the question asked "if the second ray of the angle were in the second quadrant? Since the problem says "using the same reference angle as in part a", what is that reference angle?

c) same question for (c)- if the second ray is in quadrant IV, what reference angle should you use and what is the total angle.
