You have,
$\tan (3y/2)=3.7$
Then, if you use arctangent you get,
$3y/2\approx 75^o$
Thus, (multiply by 2)
$3y\approx 150^o$
Thus, (divide by 3)
$y\approx 50^o$

But besides for 50 degrees there are infinitely many angles which make this true, would you like me to find them also?
