Hey guys and girls I've got this question for a practice assignment on my engineering course that I'm stuck on. It's using the Sine and Cosine rules and I appear to be doing everything right but coming up with the wrong answers I was wondering if someone could solve it and show me what they did step by step so I can prepare for the real assignment. Any help is really appreciated.

Sorry but that's not how we work here. You are expected to show US what you have tried and where you are stuck. That way we can correct whatever misconceptions you have, while being sure that you are not asking for a solution just so that you don't have to do the work yourself.

Sorry what I meant was could you explain how to do it step by step kind of thing not actually giving the answers to me. Sorry I could have worded it better.

That's the thing though, we don't give step-by-step solutions here. If we did then the people asking the questions would just copy, when it is expected that students do their own work. We are here to give guidance where people are stuck. You said you have tried some things, you need to post your attempts here. Then we can see exactly where you have gone wrong and address it.

Okay that's fair enough. I have attached a scanned image of my workings The first part (Cosine) I have checked and that is correct it is using the sine rule to get the angle of the left hand triangle that I am struggling with. I have done what my tutor told me. Would you be able to tell me where I've gone wrong and tell me what to do to correct it if possible?Attachment 28356
