    can you show me how to solve this?

    Algebraically, find values for a, b, and h so thata sin b (x-h) = 2sin3x - 5cos3x

    There is no a in your equation.
    You need 3 equations to find the values for three unknowns but you only have one equation.
    Essentially your question is impossible without more information.
