$\pi$ radians = 180 degrees, so to convert radians to degrees, multiply by 180, and divide by $\pi$.

so $-1.287$ radians $* \frac{180}{\pi} = -73.7396682$ degrees

To go from degrees to radians, you multiply by $\pi$ and divide by 180.
