In the attachment, how do i find the distance from the edge of the grey box to where the red lines intersect?

The blue boxes are .2 thick, and will always be angled at 45degrees.

If you know what the equation of the lines include, then find the intersection of the two lines and then calculate the distance between that point and the point at the grey box using the distance formula between two points.
