# Math Help - Basic Trig issue

1. ## Basic Trig issue

Just purely confused as to how to answer these questions? Am I correct in assuming for a) i) that the coordinates would be (20, 0.342) and therefore to be sketched on the sine graph?

Thanks, feel a bit stupid here!

2. ## Re: Basic Trig issue

Seems correct - they want you to plot the point (20, sin(20)), which is indeed (20, 0.342).

3. ## Re: Basic Trig issue

Hint to what you might want to notice: Once you're finished the graph, look where points are at the same height (amplitude, y-value, sin(theta) value) and the difference in theta between them! If what I said is complicating, then please ignore this.
