1. I've labeled the vertices of the triangle with P, Q and R. The center is C.

2. You "go" from C to P1step right and2steps up. To reach P' you have to "go" from C1* 3 steps right and2* 3 steps up. You'll end at P'(6, 10)

3. Do the other 2 vertices similarly.

4. Since you are horrible at math as you've stated several times I didn't use vectors which would be the simpliest way to do your question.
