Enlarge triangle P with the scale factor of 3 and centre (3,4) What are the new co-ordinates of the new triangle if the point of the triangle P are (4,6),(5,6) and (4,8)

1. I've labeled the vertices of the triangle with P, Q and R. The center is C.

2. You "go" from C to P**1**step right and**2**steps up. To reach P' you have to "go" from C**1*** 3 steps right and**2*** 3 steps up. You'll end at P'(6, 10)

3. Do the other 2 vertices similarly.
