Thread: Natural Logarithms help:

Natural Log problems? Please help?

Use Natural logarithms to solve each equation:

1.) e^x=15
2.) 3e^3x-5=49 (the minus 5 is in the exponent)
3.) 7e^5x+8=0.23 (the plus 8 is in the exponent)
4.) 3ln e^2x=12
5.) e^x+6 +5=1 (the plus 6 is in the exponent and the plus 5 is seperate and not in the exponent.)

I dont understand these problems at all and I have a quiz on them tomoorrrow. Please help by solving and explaining. Thanks

1) it doesn't help to post the same question repeatedly.

2) If you honestly "don't understand these problems at all", then the last thing you want to do is to trick your teacher into thinking that you do understand them!
