    \frac{1}{sec^2x-cos^2x}
    =\frac{cos^2x}{1-cos^4x}
    =\frac{cos^2x}{(1-cos^2x)(1+cos^2x)}
    =\frac{cos^2x}{sin^2x(1+cos^2x)}

    Do similar thing for the other term and simplify.
