Does anyone have a solid method on how to graph something like this?

I have a set of problems of this sort which I'm supposed to sketch. I'm trying to find a general method to graph them all.

The equation which you want to plot is $y=\sin(x)+x$.

Plot down the values of x and y in the form of a table.
The values of x and y are in radians.

and so on..

Plot the points $(0,0),(1,1.8414),(2,2.9092),(3,3.1411)....$

Yes. No shortcuts. Also note that while "drawing" the graph for a non linear function, you will always obtain an approximate graph. To obtain a perfect and accurate graph, a graph plotting calculator or a software is used.
