This is how I approached it:

I found the maximum and minimum values for p. One heart beat would consist of the function reaching its maximum and minimum values once.

Then, I found a period of a heart beat by dividing 2*pi by 7.

So, to determine the number of heart beats per minute would I simple multiply 2*pi/7 by 60?
