Test on Monday = (. Here are some of the problems on the test review which we never learned how to do(figures).

Ok

1. Find the angle of inclination of the line 7= -2x+742

Also, what's an angle of inclination?

2. Find an equation of a line whose angle of inclination is 120 degrees.

3. Find the measure of the angles the triangle formed by the lines: y=x+1,y=5,y+2x+3

List the measures of each of the three angles, I guess.

4.Without using a calc (you can) determine which line has a bigger angle of inclination:2x+3y+0, or 3x+2y=0.

5. A point on a circle with a radius of 9 units rotates 3 radians. How far did the point move.

These problems shouldn't take long, but when your not taught the material it's hard to find out where to start.

Most of your questions require you to know and use the relationship $\displaystyle m = \tan(\theta)$ where m is ...... and $\displaystyle \theta$ is ......

You need to go to your class notes and textbook and review this material. Then, if you need more help, please show what you've done and say exactly where you're stuck.

I would also suggest graphing the lines given in Question 3, then you might get some ideas using properties of angles...
