    paint spot problem

At constant speed a wheel rotates once counterclockwise every ten seconds. The center of the wheel is (0,0) and its radius is one foot. A paint spot is initially at (1,0); where is it t seconds later?

    My answer is (cos32t, sin32t)
    Is it correct?
