    Sketch trig function.

    Sketch y=2cos(X-(pi/4))

    between X=0 and X=2pi

    adjust the amplitude ... y = 2\cos{x}

    perform the horizontal phase shift ... y = 2\cos\left(x - \frac{\pi}{4}\right)
