17.5 I know to convert to degrees you must multiply time (180 degrees/pi) But I am not sure how to do this.

Some examples might help:
[1] $\displaystyle \text{Convert }\frac{2\pi}{3} \text{ radians to degree measure.}$
$\displaystyle \frac{2\pi}{3}=\frac{2\pi}{3} \times \frac{180^{\circ}}{\pi}=120^{\circ}$
[2] $\displaystyle \text{Convert }17.5 \text{ radians to degree measure.}$
$\displaystyle 17.5 \times \frac{180}{\pi}=\frac{3150}{\pi}\approx 1002.7^{\circ}$

we multiply by 180 and "divide" by $\displaystyle \pi$
This converts radians to degrees.
$\displaystyle 180^o={\pi}\;\;radians$
$\displaystyle \displaystyle\frac{180^o}{\pi}=1\;\;radian$
$\displaystyle \displaystyle\ x\frac{180^o}{\pi}=x\;\;radians$
Then, whatever "x radians" is, place it into the left-hand side to obtain the angle in degrees.
