    well ive tried to replace tangent with sin but it doesnt it.. also ive use the trig identities for 2sinBcosB (but it gets farther away)

    Well, I find that in proving identities of this sort, it helps if all the arguments are the same. I would probably start by using the double-angle formula on the denominator of the RHS. What does that give you?

    I would multiply the numerator and denominator of the fraction by 1 - cos2B which will simplify the fraction.
