    Problem involving period of a sinusoid func.

    "For which value of k does y=cos(k)(x) have a period of 2?"

    I'm sure this is a relatively stupid question, I just need a clarification on this concept here..

    So if someone could explain this to me, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

    y = \cos(kx)

    period , T = \frac{2\pi}{k}
