Solving for an inequality
Hi,

I have a question which I've been trying to solve for a couple of hours now. Any help would be grateful appreciated:

Please help me solve this inequality:

cos 3x ≤ 1.2x - 1.9

with x in radians. Write your answer using interval notation, with values rounded to decimal places.

How do I do this???

by using technology, because you're not going to be able to do it by hand using elementary algebraic methods.

intervals where $\cos(3x) \le 1.2x-1.9$ are $[0.8678,1.5624]$ and $[2.2846,\infty)$
