    sinusoidal functions

    For the graphs of y=cscx and y=cos[x-(pi/2)]. For which values of x in the interval [0, 2pi] will the graphs intersect? Help please, Thanks.

    Find where \csc x = \cos\left(x-\frac{\pi}{2}\right)

    Using some identities we have

    \csc x = \cos\left(x-\frac{\pi}{2}\right)

    \frac{1}{\sin x} = \sin x

    1 = \sin^2 x

    Can you finish it from here?
