    Inverse trigo prob

    S = tan^{-1}(1/3)+tan^{-1}(1/5)+tan^{-1}(1/7)+..........+tan^{-1}(1/(2n-1))

    if S is \pi/4 find n

    I think there's a mistake in the question.

    The attachment shows an extract from a spreadsheet. None of the sums gives S the value \pi/4.
